A walk down Portsdown Road

Its has one the toughest shoot this year, in terms of the weather. minutes before noon I could see the storm ahead from our high rise apartment in central. I called Edmund if he like to re-schedule the shoot. Too late Make-Up was on the way. Leaving home with a heavy heart, I thought of the many ways to overcome the adverse light against my signature tippy, happy, shinny photos.

Always loving a challenge, I crack myself up and told myself that that there are times like this and all I want to make beautiful, thoughtful photographs for my clients, the very people who entrusted me to get the job done, come rain or shine.

Alas, kiss my flashes and luck, I thought I outdone myself today.

The odds:

Bad Weather

Staff at Colbar started cleaning very hard when we started our shoot there

We wanted to do lots of outdoors scenes at Wessex, but the ground was all but wet and mushy

The Strengths:

Wendy & Edmund

One word carry on and lets do our best, immediately the mind is a wonderful thing. We had lots of fun at Klee, a bar at Wessex Estate with lots of cool retro furniture brought from Lorgans.

I think it was one of my most beautiful works so far, in terms of making it look romantic and mid century vintage.
Enjoy the pictures.

Hi Gilbert,

The shots look great!
I guess we can always find that little bit of poetry in adversity...
We enjoyed ourselves that day too, and can't wait to see the rest of the pictures.

Cheers,
Ed Mund and Wendy
