Felicity & Shawn's wedding

Morning at the bride's place with Jasmine.

Here comes the bride!

Poor Chap, he got to drink almost everything out of the Sweet, Sour, Bitter and Spicy.

The men can boggy, really!

And they need an audience!

One of the many bridal cars that day, what a beauty!

This is a rather hard angle to shoot from. I would have like to it to be more sheath, and the expression will be more real, time to invest in one of the little pocket cameras.

Father having a final inspection before the all go. Beyond the chaos I find interesting elements to capture.

Details, I'm trying to shoot more bridal cars of late and in different angles. Almost mastered the speeding cars, now I would like to look at cars from a difference perspective. Check out the strain glass and the beautiful doorways. I love interiors, charming old world interiors.

This is a very beautiful church, look at all the strain glass, flooring and tiles! What a truly blessed couple! Look at how happy they are married to each other!

My first wedding with so many sisters.

Heehee, the stare!

The Tan sisters, the families are so closely knitted together, they are cousins of Felicity and I guess they all had a wonderful childhood together!

Its harder each time to approach the same subject while trying a different take. Its been a very long time since a use a wide angle lens to shoot details. I'm trying to force myself to try different lenses on the same subject nowadays, eschewing my comfort zone, to keep things fresh and me on my toes.

We are getting married...

I started from the Groom's side today, a refreshing change of format from what we commonly do. Dad and son getting ready!
Little details! I envy the Maid's fan, so cool and the the nice retro clock. Check out the card details!

We have a zillion images of this little cuttie!

Grandpa sharing a moment with his grandson! That is what weddings are all about too, the family.

Great Grandma has a moment too!

I always try to do this when we have personal time, couple shots. I try to blend in with the documentary approach to our weddings.

Goals for our work

My vision for Actual Day Wedding Photography is to be able to capture moments of true spontaneously in the most interesting perspective possible. The challenge for us to see each wedding as a different event from the last wedding and to build the sensitiveness, passion and daring to take risks to achieve new and interesting ideas. We like to showcase each wedding as an story to one of the most important highlights of a person's life.

My goals of Pre-wedding photography is to create, direct and craft a concept or idea for each couple and to use our client's personality as a base to make images that they truly love and cherish. We are extending our ideas to include journalistic, fashion, lifestyle, documentaries and dreams. We want our clients to enjoy the process of creation and as an outlet to express their love for each other.

wedding of Daniel & Anne

Thanks to the great planning of Joelle, this wedding was a blast! We enjoyed our coverage with Daniel and Anne so much! There was a refreshing ideas for gate crushing! A beautiful garden reception and a great buffet dinner! This month is also a trying month to flex our creative muscles as we had one wedding after another! I think we pretty much gotten a different feel to the images from the last wedding we posted although they happen one day after another.

Haha, notice Pastor Wendy?
