A mid-summer night dream

I shot this awesome wedding alongside Simon and Yang of Substance films 3 weeks ago! This is one relaxed and sophisticated wedding sans planners and its was ran beautifully by the couple great friends. Harijanto made a awesome setup with his architecture style mid summer night dream theme and we are all treated to jewel colours at both the receptions in White Ribbit Restaurant as well as Four Seasons hotel.

Shin made great efforts to feed the crew and she was a great bride to work with! The team had loads of fun and beautiful photography opportunities in many occasions. The lighting was quite a challenge with at least 4-6 different types and sources of light during the banquet. Working with an high ISO is mandatory and I think back in the film days, most of the stuff we shoot will not be able to represent itself in the past.

This is poetry in motion, groups of people in harmony, wide angles with the real influx of asymmetric flux. I love the ragging session. This is one of my most fondest moments for shooting wide. Enjoy the rest of the coverage.

From now onwards, my comments will be based mainly on the photography aspects of each shoot and what merits me to work and see that way.

I hope I can improve my work in the eyes of the public with this format, thanks once again!

So sorry for the lag of updates and we are not able to put everyone work on the blog as we like you to explore our work in more depth and surprise when you visit us to review our portfolios.
