Simple, elegant, classy. That was the feeling that the couple and how they plan their wedding evolves my thoughts. I had visited the Church of St Marys over 3 times the course of the week however each time I would be able to find a different facet to shoot in.
As a wedding photographer, I needed to keep my work fresh and fun. I like the challenge to revamp my shoot each time I approach familiar spaces. The art is to not have too much of a pre-conceive matter to approach space but rather put yourselves in a situation whereby you need to be constantly in your toes.
Its a rather hard approach and a tall act to follow but thankfully I think I still have the passion for each wedding to be able to create and partake at the same time.
I just read the internet photography forums and in-regards to wedding photography, its not so much your art to maintain the business but rather the marketing and business aspect. I beg to differ, I prefer when our company get referred, its because of the dynamics we provide for each client. Personalise your wedding because I shoot with an open heart.
