A Match in the clouds!

Jas & Jen had a very personal and sweet solemnisation ceremony with Jennifer's family at the Tower club last weekend. Its was great to be shooting with them as I could feel the family closeness for each other.
We had a great time doing some bridal for and after the ceremony and I was rewarded a glass of DOM (my favourite beverage) and we celebrated their union together.

Sorry Jen, Jas's vows is a touch bit more powerful at least for me. I think both of you have the right mindsets and will be great parents to your future kids and wonderful as a couple! Thanks for sharing so much with me on your special day! Here are just some pictures for your viewing pleasure and we have much more install upon your collection! See you guys soon!

090909! Hay! I was shooting at One Rochester Park alongside with Simon & Yang from Substance Films. We started in the afternoon covering Jiin Yee's makeup session by the fabulous Joey and we started doing some bridals. Later the evening, Howard & Jiin Yee signed on their papers and it was one more day since they dated for the last 12 YEARS! Wow.

That's some pretty long courtship in my books and We had a great time as its was since some time my camera had some action due to the 7th Lunar Month. See you guys soon for your wedding in November!

dug up some treasures!

I met Jason & Linda sometime back and we had a pre-wedding session at Raffles hotel and Kandahar Street. This was a very fun affair as both of them are pretty different individuals and there was lots of fun ideas from Jason's mind. Both are very spotting and were great in front of the camera.

We had a very short 3 hour session but I think I manage to capture lots of nice expressions and gotten the intimacy of both of them as a couple. Please enjoy the selected photos!

real clients

Today I created a furore, not that its my first time, but I sent a young couple out of the office when they cannot decide what they want for themselves.

What is wedding photography to me, its my passion, first of all to be able to be the person to capture all the little emotions, tears, laughter, pats, hugs, and everything that the couple works so hard to a climax on their wedding day.

I see couples so passionate about how they want their wedding to be, what they are going to design on their invites, what gowns they like and the fabrics they prefer, how each couple wants the best for each other and the best thing to allow me the record all of this hard work on the day itself.

Its a great honour. I take so much pride and passion. Every couple whom work with me sees that.

I feel so sad when couples come in, and all their minds is about getting the best deal, and forgetting all that is to the photography, is themselves.

I know nothing about you before you come, I wait patiently for out arrival. I feel no remorse when you are late. I feel very bad that if i was late for an appointment and I make it a point to say Im sorry if i did.

Yes its a business and its sad when I turn down clients, but it will kill my passion if I become just a tool to take pictures because someone else says I'm good. I work with passion, feelings. Look at all my pictures, I put my heart to it.

Have a good think about what I say because if you think you are going to dump my work after the wedding, why bother to waste money in the first place?

Love you guys, but I work better when i know my clients want me to be there for them, to preserve and keep these work for their love ones, their friends and treasure their legacy and history.
