website updates

Finally!

After scouring the last 10 months files and selecting and reslecting the pictures, working out the flash files, the updated website is finally happening. We hope the current portfolio will strengthen our range and wedding clients, a more vested interest in our work! Enjoy!

the donut factory

Look at these, its the latest craze in town the donuts from the famous "The Donut Factory". This closest encounter I have with the famous snacks people spend 2-4 hours of their life waiting patiently in line for.

For couples whom work with 9Frames before, you surely know we have a company policy of not eating during the course of our duty, but these donuts were offered right in front of my face and all I could do is to take a picture, to immortalize the memory of it.

Well, until the queue dies down, it will be sometime when I actually get to sample this stuff with Alyce.

simple affair

I love weddings, that why I’m in the greatest job in the world! It’s a day filled with emotions, fun and all the other goody bits of life like Champagne!

Chad and Ai-ling is one of the growing numbers of clients who booked us via email before ever meeting us as they are based on the other side of the globe.

The wedding is a simple affair filled with great loving relatives, caring siblings who help coordinate the entire wedding. Chad's parents are one of the warmest people I have met, thanks for the great memories Austin & Kathy!

Here are some images I promise!

Traits of a great client!

1) Will never ask to meet on Fridays and weekends, as most weddings happen to fall on saturdays and sundays.

2) Will never cancel on you 30 minutes before & after the appointment time, as time is important for everyone.

3) Will not ask you if you have more pictures, as we only present the best to your clients.

4) Will not push or rush your work, as you take pride in doing the best, and it takes time.

5) Will not take 4 months to confirm your work, as they value your services.

6) Will take pride and enjoy their wedding, cos you know you take the best pictures when they are happy!

7) Trust you, as we have an important job to do.

8) Never ask for more than 1 photographer to shoot their wedding, cos too many cooks will spoil the brooth.

9) Will ensure that you are taken care off, even you do not need much to work with.

10) Will cherish your work, so that you can perform your best for their most important day.

Freddy, you will be missed...

I first heard news from a close friend that Freddy has turn down away jobs a few months ago due to illness. Wansheng informed me a few days ago Freddy has left us, I was taken aback.

When I first worked with Freddy, he is the gentle gaint, with magic touches that made our brides, that extra touch special! He always has a presence, not of his size but the way he carries out his craft.

Freddy you will be missed, deeply!
